Please join us on Saturday, November 10th in celebration of Grange’s 10th anniversary for a special 10-course meal prepared by current and past Grange chefs. Executive Chef, Dane Blom, will be joined by former Executive Chef, Oliver Ridgeway, former Chef De Cuisine, Brad Cecchi, and former Sous Chef, Patrick Prager, among other standouts. Guests will enjoy courses such as smoked salmon cannoli with Passmore Ranch caviar and chives, spot prawns with oyster mayonnaise, pickled green strawberries, cucumber and dill and Cannon of Dixon Lamb with artichoke, coco beans, anchovy, walnut relish and lamb bacon jus. Ticket prices are $135 per person, inclusive of the 10-course dinner. The seven-course beverage pairing can be purchased in person at Grange for $95 per person.
